Routes & Schedules
Within Chester County
CCC makes every attempt to provide transportation services to all residents of Chester County. However, due to efficiency and/or resources certain county residents can only be served by the following schedule.
- Residents within a 5 mile radius of Downtown Chester are able to receive services Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Residents living beyond a 5 mile radius in the Southern and Eastern communities (Blackstock, Edgemoor, Richburg, Lando, Great Falls, and Fort Lawn) of Chester County are able to schedule transportation services on Tuesdays, between the hours of 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Residents living beyond a 5 mile radius in the Northern and Western communities (Lowrys, Armenia, Wilkesburg, and Baton Rouge, of Chester County are able to schedule transportation services on Thursday, between the hours of 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Chester to Richburg
Transportation services are available with the 1st drop off occurring at 7:00 am and the final pickup at 3:30
Chester, Great Falls, Fort Lawn, Richburg to Lancaster
Transportation services to Lancaster SC are available on Tuesdays only between the hours of 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Chester to Columbia
Transportation Services are solely based on any existing transportation available. Call by 12:00 pm the day before to check on availability
Chester to Rock Hill
In addition to the York Tech schedule below, transportation services to other parts of Rock Hill are available, with the 1st drop off occurring at 7:00 am, the final pickup at 6:45 pm

Chester to Rock Hill to Charlotte - Via CATS 82X
CCC arrives at Manchester Village at 5:45 am CATS 82X departs at 6:00 am. Other transportation request in the Charlotte area may be available through other CATS connection.

Chester to Charlotte
Transportation services are available in the Carowinds/Westinghouse Blvd area twice daily with 1st drop off occurring at 7:00 am and final pick up at 3:30 pm
Carowinds Route (Seasonal)
Transportation thru August 31st
Monday thru Friday - 9am/2pm/4pm/6pm/10pm
Saturday - 9am/12pm/6pm/10pm
Sunday - 9am/12pm/8pm/
Pick-Up Times
Customers traveling 5 miles or less need to be ready for pickup 1 hour before appointment time. All other individuals traveling more than the 5 miles need to be ready 2 hours before appointment time.
Fares
Transportation Fares must be paid in cash, or you may purchase tickets in advance. Tickets may be purchased in advance from the CCC office, or from your driver after you make a request from the transportation office. By purchasing a weekly ticket passengers receive 1 trip free.
Senior 1/2 Price Tickets
Seniors 60 and over are eligible for 1/2 price tickets when you schedule transportation on Tuesday and Thursdays within Chester County.

Transportation for eligible Medicaid customers is arranged by calling 1-866-831-4130 to schedule bus transportation
