Reminders
We want to make your trip, and that of your fellow passengers safe, comfortable, and on time. Thank you for carefully following these passenger rules and riding tips.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
- To ensure that everyone arrives on time drivers are not allowed to wait no more than 5 minutes
- Elderly and disabled customers may be escorted by an attendant at no charge. Please specify your need for an escort/attendant, an ADA accessible vehicle, a wheelchair lift, or other special assistance when making your reservations
- Exact change or ticket is required when you board the vehicle for transportation.
- If you have not called and cancelled by 6:00 pm the day before your scheduled appointment then it will be considered a no-show, after 3 no-shows in a 30 day period you will be suspended for a period of 7 days
