We want to make your trip, and that of your fellow passengers safe, comfortable, and on time. Thank you for carefully following these passenger rules and riding tips.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
To ensure that everyone arrives on time drivers are not allowed to wait no more than 5 minutes
Elderly and disabled customers may be escorted by an attendant at no charge. Please specify your need for an escort/attendant, an ADA accessible vehicle, a wheelchair lift, or other special assistance when making your reservations
Exact change or ticket is required when you board the vehicle for transportation.
If you have not called and cancelled by 6:00 pm the day before your scheduled appointment then it will be considered a no-show, after 3 no-shows in a 30 day period you will be suspended for a period of 7 days
