Job Opening
Non Permanent Temporary Part Time Positions performing transportation services (Driver and Maintenance)
in conjunction with agency transportation programs under a 1 year grant ending June 30, 2012. Possible renewal of position into 2012-2013. No agency benefits. Applicant must be able to manage all facets of agency requirements related to transportation and basic maintenance which include detailed document management and physical demands associated with driving and maintaining both ambulatory and wheelchair vehicles. Applicant must be willing to work flexible days and hours as necessary to include weekends. Chester County Connector is operated by Senior Services Inc. of Chester County. Established in June 2006, Chester County Connector provides transportation services to all residents of Chester County in the county and to surrounding counties. The Connector is funded primarily by the South Carolina Department of Transportation – Office of Mass Transit. In addition funding is provided by local governments, private foundations, and United Way.

Senior Services Inc. of Chester County is a Non-Profit 501 (c) (3)organization established in 1973 for the purpose of “providing, fostering, encouraging, promoting, and developing activity, recreation, social fellowship, education, personal counseling, vocational counseling, and health services among older persons.”
